I am a huge boxing fan and like both fighters. My mother is also from Mexico and I live in Texas, so I tend to favor Mexican and Mex/ American fighters. I bet on Canelo to win. He did not. I had it 7 to 5 for Triple G. Triple GGG was the Mexican style fighter in this one and Canelo gave a good Floyd Mayweather impersonation. GGG smacked him in the fourth and Canelo stayed on the ropes and ran until the 10th. He says GGG never hurt him, so explain that?

In round four GGG blasted Canelo and he was on the ropes and retreating until round 10. I guess Canelo was just taking it easy on GGG so there would be a rematch. Money five years ago would walk away with the win. Triple GGG would be frustrated like Canelo and The Golden Boy were. It would be a typical boring Mayweather win. Now age is catching up with Floyd. Triple GGG's power, strength, footwork, and youth would take the day. This is not a fight that I would want to see. It would be a meaningless victory. Jack Johnson was one of the bravest, toughest, baddest men on earth. Could he beat Wlad? I do not know. Size might make the difference. If it had to do with toughness, heart, and strength of will. To flourish in the ring, that took greatness. I would go with the size of the fight in the dog. Johnson would of kicked his ass.
This would be a good fight. Both are tough. Both come to fight. Both have power. I think Thurmond still has the ability to be better. We have not seen him tested. Most of you fight fans are true idiots. Neither Canelo or GGG are cowards, ducking, or scared. The promoters, lawyers, and managers are planning on the biggest pay day since Mayweather vs PAC. Hopefully, this time we will see a fight. I think that we will and I love both fighters. Neither runs, neither boxes from the outside, both have the ability to knock the other out. These two will be literally putting their lives and health on the line. I do not blame either for trying to get as much money as possible. This is very close to an even match so I also do not blame their trainers for trying to get an edge. The guys that really do not like each other are the two trainers. I love boxing. It is by far my favorite sport. When Mattice came out with the American flag they were carrying it had me cheering for him. I am patriotic and wanted him to win. Even more, Zhora started out moving and acting like Prince Hamid. Price Hamid is my least favorite fighter EVER! After saying all that, Zhora beat the total crap out of Mattice. The case could be made that he won all 8 rounds. The most that Mattice could of won was two. This is just a disgrace. Just as bad as PAC vs Bradley I and Pac vs Horne. Someone was being paid off by gamblers, promoters, or both. Total crap and they should find away to set this victory aside and rematch them.
