Santana is a beast along with Jack Culcay and Jose Uzcategui are the three im keeping an eye on.
He is fighting this friday in showtime..can't wait to see him..he is 24 cuban amateur champion, hit hard with both hands and have speed and good foodwork..his countrr abilities are out of the chart..I just hope that they find a durable guy to hang with him..
Am I the only one who thinks Thompson is a live underdog?
I like Price but its almost like he has suckered me in because of that sledgehammer right hand and tbh that is about the only thing he has.
Hes slow, lumbering, pulls back in straight lines, his defense is pretty bad, he hasn't a jab. Hes slow and heavy footed, when Skelton rushed him his feet wouldn't react.
Hes just not very good and is very flawed though he hits you with that right hand, you're going to be on queer St.
At this stage and this kills me to say it I think Fury would box his ears off, I really do. Price always has a punchers chance but Fury is too quick, too mobile, he'd jab him too death and beat him to the punch all night.
Thompson is old as the hills, he isn't great but hes a big , awkward southpaw with bags of experience. If he comes in shape and he is there mentally (I think this is the big key), I think he is live.
I just don't think much of Price. Hes an accident waiting to happen and truth be told, he doesn't do anything for Wlads legacy. I really think Price is Mariusz Wach with a bigger right hand & without the chin.
He may blast Thompson out, he hits like a mule but if Thompson can get through the early rounds, I think we're going to find out an awful lot out about The big, stiff idiot.
Nice prediction bro....
With a different judge I think Abril will pull the upset..Abril have great defence which he couldn't use today because of the referee, he is very slick and accurated puncher and he can take punches...nobody has outboxed him ever and he had grrat wins over Rios and to me over Prescott and Lundy..
No matter the opinion.....
Would like to see that fight again without Rios being weight drained
How was hw weight drained if he came out ay 139 pounds..1 pound is not gonna make the difference. .
I was nervous before the fight but then I see Abril was geting more comfortable..Abril is a slick fighter..I will love to see him against any top @ 135 forward fighter
ALL paper titlists. Every single last one of them.
There can only be one champ per division. Calling paper trinket possessors world champs cheapens what it means to be a world champ.
There are only a handful of legit lineal divisional champs in the sport today.
Cruiserweight: Yoan Pablo Hernandez
Light Heavyweight: Chad Dawson
Super Middleweight: Andre Ward
Middleweight: Sergio Martinez
Welterweight: Floyd Mayweather
Super-Bantamweight: Nonito Donaire
NONE are Mexican.
TS's post actually has merit.
And one is cuban
I agree 101%. If he is able to collect the belts at 122, I would like to see him trying to do the same at 118, 126 or both.
The WBC belt soon will be in Golden Boys hands..WBO is also vacated and the # 1 contender is Wilfredo Vasquez jr(he should be the one to get the beating first lol)..at 118 there aren't many good looking fights but Rigo is a natural 118 pounder he should keep fighting in that weight..he is 32 alredy and reflexes soon will betray him...
i applaud the confidence, usually..threads like these that asks whom a fighter should face next are done after the said fighter wins his up coming fight.
For me there is no doubt that he will come victorious..what I see like a big problem is that nobody else at that weight is really good..
he is too small, he will go down to 118...
Yeah that's what I think..he can go down KTFO Vic Darchinyan and King Kong Agbeko....I mean is not that much money but its the only money...
LOL, I'm not Donaire's wife. Women have no boxing knowledge and from my post I'm extremely knowledgeable.
Hahahaha..this is the funniest thing that I read today..go sleep kid you got a go middle school tomorrow....
Awesome. lol
I hope we don't have to carry you back to your hotel room. :lol1:
Naaah...joking...I never get really drunk so far from home...or in case my friends and my sister go with me(they don't drink) that's what I call back up..lol..man if Rigo win I will be sooooo happy...I can't wait!!!!
Thanks to rey Sanchez by the way

Donaire make himself look worse every day
.. the sorriest sack of dips.hitss ever to come across this forum, or any forum at all. The stupidity of these delusional idiots is beyond any measurement. They are clearly in a league of their own.
I haven't prayed since in a long time but tonight i'm praying Donaire knocks Rigo out cold so these morons shut up already.
I don't care what you think but you won't last with this long...good luck anyway...
I never been in NY ..I m going to take a taxi and tell him to drop me at the Radio City hall or whatever the name is..then follow the crow...next step..GET REALLY DRUNK..I love that step..lol
Check it out, my bros:

And this looks interesting, too:
http://www.hatuey.com/index.php/site/cuban_style_ale
Those are not the ones I used to drink in cuba..the cubans Hatuey beers was 90% water 5% alcohol and 5% dirt...we loved back there...
I m going to be there with a large cuban flag and a banner saying APOYO CHAKAL DESDE HIALEAH!! hehehehe...looking forward to met some of you or at least to slap a Donaire fan...lol
Everybody is entitled to change there stance especially when it comes to PED testing. I don't see it been any problem requesting opponents to give random blood and urine test. Donaire should make sure all his opponents take the test from now on. If these pound for pound guys will make there opponents take these test that will help clean up the sport.
Or only the ones who have a lot of money will fight on PEDs without being detected cuz they're the ones who can hire the services of ppl who alredy beat the test like Victor Conte a widely known PED dealer who sell PEDs to Marion Jones who never test PEDs positive in 7 years of Olympic blood test...he said " I m a step behind the test..I could beat them all"..
Theres a difference he was fighting guys that just were looking for one last pay check rigo is not
Ahhhhhh................ Rigo gon get this work!!!
Its gon be amazing
dont get mad at me, i wasn't sure that's why i asked & i said i was a fan of u!!:) then it was the other filipino, the one with a lot of colors in his avatar, very funny dude, i'm also a fan of him.
Yeah..that's soggylungs..funny dude indeed..
exactly why they are alike .. floyd did'nt need those extra testing until pacqauio ..same with nonito until rigo..
now , if the testing happens and nonito fights rigo , it's obvious he aint as bad as floyd when it comes to cowardice
Agreed..man you are the bigger paquiao fan that I ever see..but I respet you because you are straight...you call stuff by his name even if it hurt you...
