  • will try this how much does this thread get updated ?? am 15yrs old 6ft and 12 and a half stone have lost a bit over a stone since been doing this (bout 2 months) how much weight should i aim to lose in 6 weeks

    p.s im not horribley overweight but i defnitly have fat i need to get rid of

              139 pounds

              routine:
              Monday-Thursday = boxing gym and track work

              Friday-Saturday = weights, running, and interval training

              diet:

              breakfast - cereal
              lunch- Humus with pita
              dinner-meat with carbs
              snack-half a banana


              *****what weight do you think i should drop to because right now i want to fight in 130lbs this season, but loosing that last 10lbs is so hard because most of my body weight is muscle.
              (found out at doctors office when doing body fat analyis)*****

              • i wanna join but i aint got a up to date picture yet and gettin fitter and gettin bigger with ur muscle are two different things u can look rearly strong in a pic but be very unfit so i dont see the point enles this is a body builder contest lol.

                    • Well im not going to enter the get in shape contest as i dont want to lose weight as im 240 and 6ft 6 so im fine.

                      But heres my workout

                      Monday
                      4 miles jogging
                      1 Hour Sparring
                      1 Hour Cycling

                      Tuesday
                      2 hour Roadwork
                      1 Hour Heavy bag
                      1 Hour Skipping

                      Wednesday
                      1 hour Hook and Jab pads
                      3 Miles Cycling

                      Thursday
                      2 Hour Boxing session
                      3 Mile Joggin

                      Friday
                      2 mile jogging
                      2 mile cycling

                      Saturday
                      4 mile Jogging
                      About 5 hours rest
                      4 mile cycling

                      Sunday
                      2 miles running
                      1 Hour Heavy bag.
