      • As it is Christmas and the time to be Jolly I am currently at a weight of 195 pounds.
At 5ft 9" I may well be classed as Obese but as you can see from my picture I am solid.
I have no real fat on myself but around my midriff.
Due to my love for Beer mostly.
I am also 32 yrs old so It is quite hard to lose weight at my age.
I am aiming to get back down to my fittest weight of around 160-168 by Summer.
I will leave these pix as my inspiration and call back in June.
If anyone can advise me on the Use of Protein shakes I would be appreciative.
How to incorporate them into a fitness regimen and also which ones are of any real use.
        Cheers.

Do you eat with these as well or do you actually substitute meals for the shakes?

what did you do to lose all the weight mate??

i wanna lose weight then put on a little bulk i reckon when i get to my fighting weight i would have a very similar build to kelly pavlik.

i lost all the weight by

                    1. cleaning up my diet making all my own meals so i knew my calorie intake

                    2. ensuring a drank 4 litres of water a day

                    3. 3 cups of green/white tea a day

                    4. i now run 5-6k 3 days a week.

                    5. boxing twice a week

                    6. football (soccer) twice a week.

                    7. full body weight training 2-3 times a week.

                    8. jump rope, crunch sets (ton up) and push ups every night with out fail.

im kind of lucky that im working part time so have the time to do all this. Also i put weight on very easily but i also seem to shift it well easy aswell. ill try get a fatty pic of me taken before up and a new one aswell
