  • alright. time to get in shape while i recover from this hand surgery.

    the idea is to lose fat without losing muscle and get down to 225 lbs. Currently I weigh 276 lbs. so this will not be an easy task. but I am the weight loss king. It will come off gradually, naturally, and it will be tough, but I will retain all my natural power at 225 while producing faster crisper combination punching. I am not worried about building muscle or getting stronger..

I did the first time but now things are different this year. The food in the dining facility sucks but I try to eat the healthy stuff. The blistering heat is going to help me the most. I can't tell you exactly where in IQ but it's remote. Suprisingly, they have a good enough gym and I order all my boxing equipment. I also run on an air strip.
      hey we work with the armys QRF all the time, much respect. and people would be suprised how boring it can be on your off time i was at the gym all the time.

          good luck man, the first twenty should come off no problem, i dropped from 235 to 185 over the course of 7 months.... it wasnt easy but it was worth the effort.

          eating a lot of oatmeal, beans, lentils, soy products.. i even phased out beef in favor of buffalo meat which is extremely lean with high protein, its more expensive but i wait until the sell by date is coming up and i buy every single steak when they mark them down, freeze em, then eat em later.

            Edit-Weighed myself at a friend's house, weighed in at about 208.

                • hah, ive actually gained two pounds since i took that pic, **** i need to get serious with this. my right hand is ****ed up, so all ive really been doing is working and working my left hook and left jab on my angle bag. my left hook to the body is getting chavez jresque though.

                  • I am new. Been dieting since the start of the year.

                    5 foot 8"
                    Was 207lbs at the start of the year. I am now 162lbs.

                    I use a calorie website to lose weight.

                    My targets each day are
                    52g fat
                    114g protein
                    210g carbs
                    1770 cals

                    Works great so far. I try and do exercise every second day. Usually consists of shadow boxing, weights, pushups, bicep curls, situps, squats etc. for about an hour.
