    oh ok.

    you could make bulk meals so that you can put it away in the fridge and eat it over a few days or pack it up for meals at work.

    e.g. pasta, rice, boiled eggs.

    fruit like bananas can help.

    but if creatine is helping you like it is then all power to ya. i jus searched google and it says theres no bad side effects.

    BTW where are you getting this notion of bodybuilders not taking supps, most of them are saturated with all kinds of different stuff.
    the youtube fitness channel i choose to watch is physiques of greatness. the main guy beastmode jones doesnt take creatine anymore.

    Many bodybuilders don't have jobs because they have sponsors to support their bodybuilding career and living cost and have the luxury of being able to eat every 2-3 hours.

    I am on this bulk diet trying to build some considerable muscle. I have been on it since mid November started at 175lb and am up to the mid-upper 190s now. I take creatine and an ON weight gainer so all in all with my meals I consume what I calculated from the start to be anywhere from 3800-4400 calories a day and do a 4 day muscle building split routine with each muscle group trained once a week.

    I am going to run this program until about late April and see where I am at and what kind of a fat cut I have to make after that so I can see how much actual muscle I gained in the months leading up to it.

    I have seen good gains in my lifts though feeling pretty strong.
