Lol I feel you bro, I don't east fast food very often, once a month MAYBE. I got no problem with healthy food cause I love fish, vegetables and fruits, always have.

But man, watching boxing on Saturday night without beer or something stronger seems like a nightmare

But, like Reed said, getting back into shape is more important (but when I'll reach my goal, I'll reward myself with getting completely wasted with a mixture of any kind of alcohol I can think of)

Anyway, goodluck Larry, to both of us

I know, first thing you'll say is running but I have bad knee so jogging is out of the question.

      Swimming? Rowing machine? Something else?

Also, lately I've been reading a lot about this HIIT training. Have any of you guys tried it?
You could try the elliptical or bike riding..and yes swimming is probably the best cardio there is

that's essentially what i do. it's just K.I.M. keep it movin. run, after a short 1 min break, abs, then push ups, then skip rope and then abs and blah blah blah with stretching inbtwn, not to exceed more than a min rest btwn exercises.

How often do you do it? From what i've read you can't do it everyday because you burn muscles?

          • For size, I lift weights.

For cardio, I lift weights faster.

i do it 3 times a week. yeah, it's real.

you can definitely burn muscle if you do it more than that a week, i feel. incorporating a 4th round this last time for me was personally psychotic, felt great.
