Good stuff on that shoulder press and bench pr, Reed. You're gonna be benching 400 before you know it.
I was able to get back on the bench yesterday. I eased back into with some light weight. Felt a little pain in the shoulder, but for the most part I worked the soreness out. I mean, I'm still sore, but it's to the point now that it's nothing I can't handle.
Crushed triceps today, with some light biceps. Hoping things are back to normal completely next week.
