Spinksjinx, should I drink water during training? Should I mix the protein drink and drink it after shower or before shower? Becasue if I put my swety hand into the box and take the protein with the cup some swet may drop into the bottle and it become less effective... or not?

If you feel the need to replenish yourself during your training I see that as no problem.
Sweat wouldnt have any effect on your drink and whatever is more convienent for you, Id probably go w/ before depending on how long you take a shower. Remember it is crucial to get that protein into your system 30-45 minutes immediately after your workout.

spired-All protein usually tastes like ass eventually you will adapt lol, also I would mix it with a regular size bottle of water which I think is in the ballpark of 16-20oz
mayweatherfan-I no longer like to comment on tyson predictions anymore for obvious reasons lol....
This is how I look at tyson and fighters, If they can withstand the onslaught for 4-6 rounds then the fight is possibly in the bag if not goodnight.
140 is going to be a tough division for Mayweather seeing him be hit and stunned from corley just proves that, Sharmba is a damn good fighter and hits pretty good, Boxing wise Mayweather is the better fighter and would probably outwork mitchell w/ handspeed and footwork, Im going with Mayweather in a long close decision nothing less and nothing more.

Lean meats is a great source for protein, Nothing red but LEAN WHITE MEAT.
