Which anyone with a grain of common sense can see.
Hearn didn’t want Ruiz , he was the last chance saloon fighter because all the other fighters turned it down even though he said stylistic it was dangerous from the beginning. You guys must think Hearn doesn’t follow boxing or something? He had Hunter or Ruiz to choose from ,he chose the guy who fought for the title and who was more active on short notice which is common sense you are lacking here .

You guys say one thing then flip it around as if no one will notice , you said Hearn thinks Ruiz defeats Wilder because he defeated A.J ? Hearn picked Wilder over Breazeale ,why didn’t he pick Breazeale who A.J defeated ? See what I did there .

Wilder is a threat to beat anyone because of the power. Ruiz isn’t 6’9 & 270 so he isn’t going to overwhelm Wilder like Fury did. All it takes is one big right & it is not like Ruiz is an allusive target. Sounds like Hearn is just trying to justify Joshua’s loss. Joshua had a really bad night & got his butt kicked by an opponent he never should have lost too but he regained the belts & moved on. Just because his cash cow lost to Ruiz doesn’t mean Wilder or anyone else is going to lose to him.

I back Ruiz as well. Wilder has been broken, he will never be the same after Fury destroyed him physically and mentally.

If Ruiz can pressure A.J he will pressure a far easier less defense Wilder ,and taking a bad loss and showing mental breakdown with crazy excuses is also points for Ruiz winning in Hearns mind . Put everything together that has happened since the first Fury fight that Wilder had and I would guess we won’t see a better Wilder, not at all.

I picked Wilder to defeat Ruiz even after the A.J win Ruiz got but now it’s a different playing field.

Lol ....Just because the little fat guy hammered his boy. Wilder walks straight through Ruiz and sparks him within five rounds.

It's strange that plenty on here said exactly what Hearn said about Ruiz. How many on here said Ruiz was a terrible style for AJ?

But when Hearn says it they disagree!

It's like a reflex. If he said water is wet there would be septics on here arguing the point.

If Ruiz trains for it I could see him giving Wilder some problems for sure. If he shows up the same way he did for the Joshua rematch in Saudi, then he'll get blown away.

Yeah.... Because AJ lost to Ruiz that’s why.

Whatever Hearn said to spin Ruiz being a good opponent for AJ is irrelevant. He didn’t say Ruiz would beat Wilder back then.

He’s saying it now after AJ lost to Ruiz and that is the sole and only reason he’s saying it.

So Hearn said Ruiz was a serious threat to Joshua, had fast hands and a style to give Joshua headaches.

Everybody disagreed and made Ruiz a massive under dog. We should ignore what Hearn has to say as he is just a sleazy promoter who has to say stuff like that.

And low and behold Hearn was right and EVERYBODY ELSE was wrong and Joshua had an absolute nightmare at the fast hands of Ruiz. But still he's just a sleazy promoter and we shouldnt listen to a word he says.
