How about this. Smith is currently ranked P4P #26 by boxing rec.

And Simon Says I quit looking when I got to #300.

You are the ONLY one who really thinks Simon Says would even stand a chance against Smith. I would bet you $20K+++ Smith beats pillow fists EASILY also.

The guy has 5 kos for a MW!!!! Let that soak in...

EXACTLY!!! Those old guys know their SHT!!!

They knew they didn't even want ANY money bet on GGG at ALL!!! Because even a $1 was losing too much.

this appears to be a plss-weak fanboy attempt to equate Canelo and Golovkin... minimizing Canelo's win by deflating Smith, and pumping up Golovkin's win over Sacramento

dragging Smith down to Ryders level, despite the fact he was ranked #1... and pumping up the unknown Sacramento by, fcuk knows how lol

this kid just loves waving his pom-pom's for Golovkin

Smith should be touted as better than Szeremeta based on Ring rankings as well as the posted betting odds.

Basically by any logical measure Canelo challenged himself more than Golovkin this weekend.

Liam would beat Simon Says up also.

The guy was a -2750 dog. They did that to make money off SUKERS because they knew no one was gonna put that much up to win peanuts.

BUT they figured Simon Says family and drunks would drop $20 here and there to make a lil EASY change.

Honestly the GGG fight was a throw in line, since he too fought this weekend, and I also don't really know what to make of his fight.

Obviously Smith is a more impressive win, but I really have no idea what to make of his level right now. I went from thinking he was number 1 at 168 pre-Ryder, to now having no idea where is.

Post Derevy - I was thinking GGG was pretty shot. He looked very much like his old self vs Kamil, who appears to be a top 10 type guy at MW. However his exact level isn't certain, and even if he is top 10, he did appear to be a favorable match up for GGG.

Not comparing the opponents as much as questioning how 'impressive' each win was for each guy, and what to make of it going forward.

I'm not arguing against that at all.

Again - the main point was wondering 1) how impressive Canelo's win was, because I don't know what to make of Smith right now

And 2) wondering what GGG still has left - he looked a lot like his old self vs Kamil, but we don't exactly know his level, and he also seemed to be a favorable matchup for GGG.

I'm just wondering why the guy who was the consensus number 1 at 168, who went from walking over Groves and winning the WBSS in fine form - has in his last 2 fights looked like a listless wallflower with nothing special about him. His fight vs Ryder is especially odd.

He was this big punching, big, strong athletic-enough guy. Now he looks like he can do hardly anything. Just wondering what the hell happened.
