Baldomir was the champion in 2006, not Margarito. That’s a fact mate, I’m sorry.

Both Judah and Baldomir would have been destroyed by Margarito but that doesn’t change the fact that Judah was the Champion and then Baldomir was the Champion at that time.
Baldo was a bum. End of story.

      Yes, agreed.

But also the Champion at 147 in 2006.

      Not Margarito.

WBO belt and several defences say otherwise.

Risk and reward. But money isn't the only thing that is 'important', today a fighters legacy must be in the fore front. Floyd was more concerned with retiring undefeated and the money than he was of legacy. Yet he fought them all, and won.......Rockin'

Margarito was the WBO Champion, correct.

But Carlos Baldomir was THE Champion. Baldomir was ranked #1 in 2006 as he was the Champion.

You’re aware of that right? Or are you actually not aware of that?

Yeah you’re right it was never realistic, Floyd called him out after he beat Corrales. Hamed lost his already scheduled fight to Barrera though and then effectively retired aside from a short one fight comeback in 2002 vs Calvo.
