    Why didn't Floyd unify more?

Why didn't Floyd unify at 130, 135, or 140? It would have done more for his legacy if he had won a 2nd belt at those weights.

It didnt seem like something he was interested in. Like many fighters before him have said titles dont mean much nowadays, to bigger fighters it's basically just another way for people to take a percentage of their money

He seemed more interested In being a star and making money

100% agree, why take a fight against some interim or chase a title ignoring whether the fight/holder would make money

As is nickname says, it’s all about the money, least risk vs highest reward

Titles aren’t worth sht nowadays. It’s about who you beat. Beat the best guys.

          It’s a fair point...

The closest he came to being undisputed was beating Pacquiao in a 3 belt unification.

            He didn’t need to.

He beat the #1 guy/champion in every division he fought in other than 140.

Surprised he never fought Tszyu. I felt Tszyu was in decline by the early 2000’s thought Floyd would have been well too fast for him.

                Floyd wanted Tszyu.

When it couldn’t materialise he went to the next highest ranked guy which at the time was Gatti.

I always felt like they chose Gatti as he had more of a name. That was his first PPV fight right?
