Well MMA is a much younger sport than Boxing obviously, so what you're witnessing when you watch UFC is history being made every time. the sport is developing at an insane pace right in front of our eyes.

I would say UFC generally has a more 'cool' feeling and boxing at its best is incredible of course, but the norm is that it's an old sport. That's the feeling I get.

Jon jones is definitely one of the greatest mma fighters of all time, he could even be the best.
The biggest fight in recent years or of all time for that matter is a boxing fight. As is the second biggest

      ^^^^

The “biggest fight of all time” and “best fighter of all time” is still being thrown around every couple of months. It’s a baby of a sport.

There are levels in boxing, domestic, National, European and then world level 'There are no levels in the UFC, its the top-end of that particular sport' before fighters reach the UFC, they have already progressed through the levels.

Boxing operates as you can see? Entirely different. I don't look at it as a negative 'Watching a fighter go through the levels, is all apart of the journey in boxing'.

You don't get to witness that journey in the UFC.

Its because practically everyone agrees that the Mt Rushmore is Jones, GSP, Anderson and Fedor but nobody agrees on how to rank them. Its not that they misunderstand the term.
HW MMA felt more relevant to who? You?

It was just an example. The most prestigious divisions in boxing outshine their MMA counterparts to this day and it will stay this way. Boxing always bounces back

All the MMA 'GOATs' are still active fighters except GSP and he may come back to fight another 'GOAT' soon too

Like I said, I can't take UFC seriously

Where as in the sport of Boxing? fans/professionals inside the sport are extremely self critical, it takes a lot for fighters to gain universal respect and accreditation 'This is why the big fights in boxing feel more real, and are more real'.
            Yeah UFC definitely resembles WWE

LOL whutz caveman skill level? All boxers have to do is punch. MMA fighters have MULTIPLE COMBAT disciplines to learn.

The only pro boxer who has any kind of expertise in other MA currently is Lomachneko (BB in both Judo and Sambo).

That man can transition into MMA and become a god because he has a grappling background.

80% of time these ufc fights are pretty much b-class wannabe boxing matches, i can understand why it's entertaining but it is more
of wwe taking step further than real sport.
And thats why it's always be compared to boxing.
if these guys in ufc would do what they do best (grappling, wrestling)nobody would watch.
