^^^This is a lie meaning that it’s not true. You even posted the quote from arum proving that it was a lie. Loma’s contract guarantee is not more than $3.5m. His contract guarantee is not even $3.2m because arum said that the $3.2m he’ll get for this lopez fight is more than his contract guarantee. Loma didn’t “gift” sht.

Lomachenko will be paid approximately $3.25 million to oppose Lopez, who will earn roughly $1.5 million."

Coppinger explained Lopez's manager, David McWater, negotiated with Top Rank "for weeks" when the fighter did not accept an initial offer of $1.25 million. He could make $1.5 million now after Lomachenko agreed to a reduced purse of $3.25 million from $3.5 million."

"He is voluntarily under these circumstances reduced his (own) purse in order to get the fight done.”
"When asked if 3.5 million was a good estimate from Lomachenkos paycheck Arum answered with "thats not too far from the truth, although that's confidential".
"As far as Lomachebko is concerned he has a contract with us. A long term for substantial numbers based on the level of fights"
Thats 4 sources Goldie.
Now its your turn big boy. Put your money where you mouth is.

As far as him supposedly reducing his purse, that’s not a “gift”. He’s doing it to make the fight. The initial $3.5m payout that he first agreed to was a reduced number based on what he and his team expected to make before pandemic changed the scene. You’re painting it like the $3.5m was below his minim and then he reduced his purse even more to do lopez a favor.
No, Arum initially gave loma a very favorable split with the initial deal and lopez ejected it. Now some reports say that loma was forced to agree to a reduced number in order for Lopez’s number to be increased to get the fight done, but
I’ve seen at least one other report say that ESPN came up with the extra bread and loma’s purse was unchanged. Either way, loma isn’t “gifting” lopez anything. Even if the scenario of him taking less so lopez can get more is the truth, it’s not a gift. Loma and arum/top rank need this fight too. If the fight was to get scrapped, they lose too.

Arum acknowledged that Lomachenko and Lopez accepted lower purses for their bout than they expected to make before the coronavirus crisis changed boxing’s economic model. Top Rank’s founder pointed out, though, that the Ukrainian southpaw and the Brooklyn-based knockout artist still will receive more money than the minimum purses to which they’re contractually entitled.
Arum didn’t say that Loma took a “pay cut”. He said he took a reduced purse based on what he expected to make before covid. He said the same for lopez. You’re an idiot who can’t read.

this is a good fight for both fighters, if Lomachenko wins, he beat an up and comer and secures his place as top dog of his division. If Lopez wins, he becomes a star instantly. If he loses, he lost to the top dog and he can easily rebuild his career when he moves up. Young fighters taking a loss is not the end of the road.

Read the part in italics carefully. Better yet, get someone with an iq above room temp to read it to you then explain what it means.

Seriously. Do you not even look at sources when you look for information?
I bet that you just listen to your friends and pretend what they say is the truth. That way its you against the world.
Oh wait. That already is you and you only care about your own. You only listen to your own.
You seriously can't Google simple **** like this? Is that really too hard for you?
Show me some sources to back up what you're saying. There will be dates on the articles and that way things cant be taken out of context.
Come on. Let's go. This is easy.
