I don't know about mentally weak, that's a judgement call and I don't know the guy.

Not that devoted to the sport, for sure.

The second fight was a big disappointment with Ruiz coming in fat and Joshua running and holding all night.

So the sobbing Wilder fans have been frustrated since Joshua won his belts back. They angered cuz they wanted Joshua to stand still and fight the fight that suited Ruiz more than it suited Joshua.

Wilder fans are a bit like children. Spitting dummy out and crying "WHY DID JOSHUA NOT LET RUIZ HIT HIM?" "BUT MOMMMY I WANTED JOSHUA TO LOSE".

Was the ring illegal? Was it illegal to move around that ring not getting hit and winning the rounds? Did Anthony Joshua win illegally?

Nahhhh, none of it was illegal, this is just frustration which had now been doubled up cuz Wilder got the crap kicked out of him.

I don't know how he prepared, we weren't in his camp. He didn't complain about the pressure or anything so no one knows, you saying that without any facts or evidence is laughable.

Ruiz on the other hand said he wasn't prepared properly, he claimed he didn't train, which means the money got to him. Which shows mental weakness to most educated people, that is NOT a bad thing, you can show mental weakness even in winning, AFTER winning he didn't think he should train for a rematch that would be life changing???

I personally think the way he acted AFTER winning the first fight showed me someone who isn't mentally switched on. And in his words he didn't train for the second fight. Why? Because he already saw the monies from the first fight and lost his hunger.

Honestly whatever helps them direct the attention away from Wilder at the moment, the guy is taking a massive hit from every corner, so i do expect his fan-girls to try and make threads at Joshua.

Because it was contractually agreed upon by both sides.

a-side tactics...what kind of dumb question is this? no offense.

everything is in the contract. its like asking if the sex scenes added to your hollywood movies were an accident or not. DUH, someone had to write it, organise the set and film it

. That was my first thought when Laced said not much difference, I was like.. Huh?

Crunch the numbers and you actually got a square footage of near as dammit 50% more in the 22 foot ring, 484sqft vs 324sqft

Almost the same, very little difference.
According to Hearn, the rings for both fights were the same size, and it was all written into the original fight contracts.
