And it’s been reported several times that Haymon isn’t a match maker. But small time trolls like you won’t let a little thing like the truth get in the way of your agenda.

No he's not a match maker. He's a match blocker.

Kownacki was the obvious choice in New York for big money. PBC blocked it.

Worked out well for Andy - he should be thankful that PBC just didn't care enough about him given he had a loss on his record.

I'm not sure how anyone could see this situation any differently? It's clear as day.

Feel for Kownacki. No, he was never top level, but he could have 5 or 6 million last June... gone.

But if he hadn't blocked Kownacki, he would've been KO'd.

Andy won the first and got two fights total. So he made more money than Kownacki would've with just one fight.

So you just ignore the fact that his own manager said he wasn’t ready?

I guess he is ready now as he got battered like a thief with about 100k in the bag.
I rather get battered for a shot to 4 belts and 6mil on the line.
His payday is gone and if not careful, gone for ever.

                Haymon is his manager.

The fact is it was the wrong decision to not take the fight. Haymon being his manager supposed to do what's best for Kownacki. He did not.

Haymon has never been about taking chances. Always the easiest route for his guys. Sometimes the risk is worth the reward. Maybe someday Haymon will get it! His stable will always either stagnate or regress unless he changes his thinking.

Also, Ruiz took matters into his own hands and contacted Hearn personally to get the Joshua fight done. I don’t think anyone at pbc was looking to get him that fight.
