          He was being saved for the PBC hype train. Haymon didn't want a marketable fighter to lose. He chose the interest of PBC over his fighters best interest.

                  His manager said it to Brian Kenny after the Arreola fight. They said it on air he needs 2 to 3 more fights. Didn’t have **** to do with Haymon. You’re just talking out of your ass as usual.

                      It was reported at the time that Haymon wouldn't allow him and promised him a future shot at Wilder. Like he did Ortiz.
