This site and others reported a solid offer for Canelo that was turned down. I don't see how rejecting the cash cow, who is on your network, is moving him in the right direction. You turn that down in hopes of getting less lucrative fights with guys that don't fight on dazn and are not rated as high as Canelo?

The fight isn't marinating. Smith isn't someone the public is clamoring for Canelo to fight. Marination happens when its 2 guys that the public wants to see fight. Also, the dazn pie is getting smaller, not bigger, according to the dazn people.

Just want to see some consistency from you guys when it comes to costing fighters "life changing money."

So that is conclusive proof that Haymon did cost Kownacki life changing money.

Haymon could have let the guy earn a $7,000,000 pay day, but he forced him to fight in one of his shows in August in a fight against Chris Areola.


At the time there was no fighter lined up for Kownacki, just that he would be on a Haymon show.

Haymon really doesn't have his best interests at heart.

Nothing suggests an offer for that amount was made. This indicates they reached out to see if he was available and found out he had already signed a contract to appear on a fight in NYC where he is the crowd favorite and a big ticket seller.

They rejected the deal as has been reported numerous places. I have provided the same proof robbie has.

They didn't demand to get paid, they turned down the biggest offer Callum ever got. That is by definition costing him life changing money, especially given it was more than the alleged $6 mil kownacki may have been offered.

Callum is not big enough to marinate anything. No one cares about him. Stop making it seem like this is someone fans are clamoring to fight Canelo. He is an afterthought and there are no big names at 168 that will propel him into the spotlight.

Kownacki is a proven seat filler, something Callum isn't, even in the British market.
