Canelo got an investigation before he was banned. Ortiz and Yilderim got investigations after being popped and they were both exonerated.

Canelo and Ortiz were both suspended. Yildirim wasn't exonerated, the WBC just decided to turn a blind eye. A boxing sanctioning mafia organization doesn't determine whether a drug test counts or not. The drug tests decide.
