The guy who wrote the contract is a proven habitual liar, the fact that you idiots continue to believe him while calling others dumb is hilarious, nobody's said he's wrong because if it goes to court nobody wants to stick they foot in they mouth, like I said your a idiot who believes everything he's told, and youve never seen a actual boxing contract a day in your life,I actually have and you have no clue what your talking aboutThe guy that had the contract drawn up said there's a rematch clause, all the terms are in it including Joshua choosing location and date. None of the people that have seen it including promoters/managers and the fighters have said he's wrong. If you have any evidence he is you provide it. You're calling him a liar so the onus is on you.Comment

Give an example of what you're talking about with a link to support it.The guy who wrote the contract is a proven habitual liar, the fact that you idiots continue to believe him while calling others dumb is hilarious, nobody's said he's wrong because if it goes to court nobody wants to stick they foot in they mouth, like I said your a idiot who believes everything he's told, and youve never seen a actual boxing contract a day in your life,I actually have and you have no clue what your talking aboutComment

So boxing fans should be appalled that Ruiz is trying to Negotiate so that he doesn't have to fight in Saudi Arabia or the U.K ? Where the promoter of the Opponent has recently been accused of some Super shady shet in the Whyte / Rivas fight ?
Super " gay " of Ruiz to not want to follow Hearns orders and Try to make the fight in a Neutral spot .
What the hell is he thinking?Comment

Hear we go with another idiot that's never seen a boxing contract a day in his life,no a rematch clause is not a separate piece of paper idiot,it's all one contract, most fighters don't even sign the contract to fight until the week of the fight, you hearn fans have no clue how the business side of boxing works like I said, you just believe what your told,I bet hearn gives Ruiz what he wants before it goes to court, just like he shut up about suing the wbc before he got black balled, nobody scared of matchroom or they lawyersComment

Name on paper ENDS THE NEGOTIATIONS unless the other side is nice enough to allow changes. So boxing fans should be appalled that Ruiz is trying to Negotiate so that he doesn't have to fight in Saudi Arabia or the U.K ? I'd still like your take on the situation if places were reversed.
It's a sad day when supposed FANS OF BOXING let a grown assed man weasel his way out of something he signedComment

You guys are still at it I see.
Here's a few bottom lines.
Yes, it is a contract and yes, Ruiz will be made to honor it in some manner.
However, there IS a US travel advisory in effect for Saudi Arabia.
No judge ANYWHERE in his or her right mind will force Ruiz to travel to a country in such a status.
It's Andy's trump card to any fight in Saudi Arabia AND IT WILL WORK.
Hearn's problem, of course, is the 100 million.
Sure, move it to Cardiff...but you wave goodbye to a veritable mountain of cash, a sum irreplaceable anywhere else.
So, if Hearn wants to keep that in play, he is going to have to offer Ruiz enough of a chunk of that 100 million for Andy to "feel safe".
Put in this light, it makes more sense for Hearn to offer Ruiz more money- even much more. Even if he offered Ruiz 30 million of what he is getting from the Saudis, it will still leave AJ with an amount equal to his biggest payday many times over.
It's a no brainer ordinarily...but, we are talking about Eddie Hearn.Comment

I don't have a example in terms of boxing, but like I said there's millions of examples in everyday America where contracts get voided based on new findings,Ruiz is worth more then what he signed for now,the fight is worth more, hearn has investors putting up over a hundred million for the fight,no judge gonna force Ruiz to stick to that agreement when the opposite party will make the bulk of the money, hearn gonna have to pay Ruiz more, bottom lineLast edited by Gpabrooklyn; 08-17-2019, 09:51 AM.Comment
