You're more of a Ruiz fan/AJ hater than a true fight fan. You let feelings tell you how to think. Not facts.
he can show that hearn had Saudi Arabia investors put up more then 100 million for the fight which means the fight is worth more then the 9 million he agreed too,and he's entitled to some of that money simple, hearn did more damage to himself with the Saudi Arabia thing,it appears to be a money grab for him and aj,he would have had a better case if he didn't bring more money into it and tried to keep it in cardiff

He's not entitled to anything but that was agreed to. He can show the fight was bidded for a 100 million , therefore he gets more ? That's just ******. Lol

          Your the idiot.

This case has to be in US. Hearn won’t win this one either. The rematch is not happening.

Are we sure there isn't a jurisdiction clause in the contract that would stipulate where the proceedings occur?

Frivolous law suits are tossed out 1000's of times a day.....But that won't stop people from making ridiculous claims.

I'd still like your take on the situation if places were reversed.

It's a sad day when supposed FANS OF BOXING let a grown assed man weasel his way out of something he signed
If places were Reversed and Haymon / PBC was accused of allowing a fight to go through knowing their fighter tested dirty for Two PED's and didn't tell the opponent ( not to mention the glove contravercy ) ?
Heck no I wouldn't be mad at AJ for being cautious about dealings with the Accused party . Regardless of a rematch clause .
I would be mad at Hearn if he didn't at least try n prevent his fighter from being put in a shady situation with ( accused ) shady people .

Or maybe you were just under a rock and didn't read about the huge Contravercy surrounding the Whyte / Rivas fight .
Look it up . It's a good read.

Why are you against a fighter getting money he deserves?

NOBODY was offering 100 mill before Andy made AJ look ******. The interest in a rematch is not always guaranteed. Ruiz' performance though is why there is now increased interest. That equals money. I guarantee you at this rate Hearn will make more than Ruiz. Hearn shouldnt be making more than the fighters, man. Come on.
