Andy Ruiz will win if it goes to court

All the aj and Eddie hearn fans don't understand how things work in American court, you guys think that signing a contract means your legally bound, but terms of contracts change everyday, yeah Ruiz signed the contract under the terms at the time however his earning potential and profile have increased, and no judge will force him to fight in a foreign country for a set amount not based on his current status, just like child support contracts get changed if a persons earnings go up,this is no different,I guarantee hearn kicks up some more money for Ruiz before this ever goes to court

Contracts are legally binding. That's the point of them.

How does the terms of a contract change everyday? Do the letters pop up and rearrange themselves?

    You're a idiot.

Americans are cautioned against going to Saudi Arabia. No US court will force him to fly there to honor that contract.

Then it will be in the UK. Saudi Arabia was only brought up because fat andy was crying about the UK. He's not getting out of it.

Does calling him fat erase the pain from seeing AJ flattened?

Everyone should be against a fighter not honouring a contract, it's bad for the sport. Do we really want to see this BS happen more often, because it will if fat boy succeeds. Put your bias aside and think logically. If your brain can handle that.

They change because ******s like you and hearn try to take people to court for them and lose, like I said Andy Ruiz is worth morth then 9 million now,and no judge gonna force him to fight outside America making that amount while his opponent makes over 50 million in a fight worth 100 million

9 million is still A LOT of money. He was barely making anything close to that so I don't know why he still doesn't see that as a blessing.

If he signed the contract then he should honor it. If he really feels it wasn't a fluke, sign the contract, beat him up again, and then make even more money after. It's pretty simple, I don't know why he's making it so hard.

I wonder how much Ruiz will earn by fighter other heavies.
If I am right, Wilder got $4million against Fury.

If the $9million purse for the rematch is true, then I am not sure what Ruiz is crying about.

Winning belts is good for his career but let's face it. Belts alone doesnt guarantee huge paydays.

The likes of AJ and Canelo (ODLH in recent memory) got huge paydays whoever they fight because they have huge following, immensely popular even before they won the belts.

Ruiz on the other hand needs a popular opponent to get the huge purse.

So yes, Ruiz is on the losing end of this contract debacle.

If you buy a house with a mortgage and it decreases in value can you refuse to pay the price you originally agreed, because it's not the value it is now as it was? No, because you signed a legally binding contract. Tough shit. Ruiz hasn't got a leg to stand on. Don't have to be a legal expert to see that, idiot.
