Win or lose he'll have to pay a fortune to keep greedy lawyers around. Not to mention time-wasting court appearances, you name it. In other words, it will make your life miserable.

Most people would just rather settle it out of court and move on. He's probably getting advice from greedy people and idiots like this TS.

The easiest course of action is to honor the contract.

Yeah I did because I see this everyday in American court, and we have a lot of clueless Brits who don't understand how our court system works, like I said if the contract was so ironclad and settled Ruiz wouldn't be saying what hes not gonna do,I'm sure haymon has been in more legal battles then hearn has,and i trust the one who doesn't speak over the proven liar

Silly to make a thread about something that you can't back up with precedent.

Ruiz hasn't said he's going to take legal action if his demands aren't met either.

            Strange

Ruiz hasn't said anything outside of he's not going to Saudi Arabia or the UK and the fight will be in America,he's being told what to say like I said in case it does go to court, you notice he makes sure to say that they will have the rematch though right?so he's not violating the actual agreement just dis*****g parts of it,like I said haymon and his team no what they doing, hearn is the rookie and he will fold to they demands before he loses in court

                This much is true

A person can say anything they want, especially if they can back it up with facts.

Ruiz is going to either pay AJ money or lose in a courtroom

There's no scenario where Team AJ pays Ruiz more money

Until the EXACT WORDING of the contract is released, Ruiz holds no cards

Ruiz is making his fluke win last as long as possible.

Ok you can believe that if you want too, like I said no judge gonna force Ruiz to fight for that set amount in a foreign country while his opponent makes all the money,we will see which side folds,I bet hearn pays more in the end

                      On what grounds ?!?!?
What piece of paper can he bring to court to sway a judge in his favor ???

You're more of a Ruiz fan/AJ hater than a true fight fan. You let feelings tell you how to think. Not facts.
