All the aj and Eddie hearn fans don't understand how things work in American court,you guys think that signing a contract means your legally bound,but terms of contracts change everyday,yeah Ruiz signed the contract under the terms at the time however his earning potential and profile have increased,and no judge will force him to fight in a foreign country for a set amount not based on his current status,just like child support contracts get changed if a persons earnings go up,this is no different,I guarantee hearn kicks up some more money for Ruiz before this ever goes to court

No one knows if he is or not, have you seen the contracts?

Hearn said the contract said the rematch is in the UK, now he changed it to saudio arabia so HEARN & AJ are not honoring the contract now it seems.

Ruiz fans seem to be content on him getting HIS way...not the contracts way.

Every UNBIASED fight fan should hold Ruiz to the highest of standards, since he signed that contract of his own free will.

The guy that had the contract drawn up said there's a rematch clause, all the terms are in it including Joshua choosing location and date. None of the people that have seen it including promoters/managers and the fighters have said he's wrong. If you have any evidence he is you provide it. You're calling him a liar so the onus is on you.

I think most of these people wishes, if they read their own travel caution for their citizens (Level 2 - Do not travel within 50 miles of the Saudi - Yemen border) Well the fight is taken place near Riyadh (Way far from those areas).

I hope you know that's not true.

The US government cautions against going to Mexico. Not Saudi Arabia. Both countries are level 2 threats.

Ruiz has already signalled his intention to fight in a level 2 area (Tijuana). Saudi is not a problem and he has nothing in court to back him up on that.

One could argue a high profile fight there could be a ********* target which are what there warnings are linked to.

A rematch clause is not a contract it's only a part of it,and most contracts don't even have rematch clauses,they don't have to have a fixed amount for something that's hardly even used,your really dumb and you have no idea how the business side of boxing works,if rematch clauses was so iron clad like you think Ruiz wouldn't be saying the fight gonna be on his terms,cleary his team no something you don't idiot

A rematch clause is not a separate piece of paper you throw at someone saying rematch clause , it's a part of a contract.

Hearn is being a real ***** here. If the Saudis are offering you all this money, just pay Ruiz the same percentage he was promised before but with more money.
