What Ruiz own team said ,that is a rematch under Hearns terms. Anyone with an education knows how to look up what the rules are in the sanctioning bodies that pertain to rematch clauses and breaches and court orders if a champion refuses to fight on the anointed date that was given and approved by the sanctioning bodies. im not expecting many smart posters on here but this is like children level understanding here.

You don't need to be a genius to understand what breach of contract is in any contract if you know who has signed to an agreement with the promotion that was paying you initialy to fight as the challenger.

Having the fight in Saudia Arabia is a fking joke, they need to move that **** but if the 70 million is true I can see why they jumped at that offer to have it there.

Throw Ruiz a few more million and call it a day and get the fight on already, boxing is full of fking drama nonstop
immediate rematch..sure but outside of that we know nothing..not sure why people are on here arguing over a contract they know nothing about..and why does that Saudi number keep changing..from 84 mill, 40 mill, 70 mill??? then the press conference was just ******

When Eddie was asked specifics on the rematch he gave up no info except saying vague details. This is Eddie remember. This is the mfer who went haywire on Team Ortiz when he had them dead to rites in that situation. If Eddie had the specifics UK fanboys thought he had we'd know them cuz he'd be all too glad to tell them to us.
I was talking more about the NFL situation. Those guys sign deals, have one good season then hold out and try to cash out. They can do what they want but you sign a deal, expect to have pushback when you try to not honor the deal you agreed to. Boxing Is a different animal of course, they work fight to fight rather than over multiple seasons. Ruiz hit the jackpot and he's trying to overplay his hand most likely. If he gets more $$ out of it, good for him though but I'm sure those guys put in an immediate rematch clause for Joshua hence Hearn throwing out all this lawsuit talk. Theyll get it done, I'm sure neither guy wanna be held up over some BS...

This is a lie. Hearn just gave details and specifics in the press conference. That means a contract had to be approved by all sanctioning bodies .

So you backing up off of your reneging on the contract & now just at most likely overplaying his hand.

Fair play. Maybe he IS overplaying his hand. Maybe he's just following the contract too. Only the two sides who signed the deal know for sure. And fair play to Andy in trying to get his max value or to hold Eddie to the terms of the contract w/e the case maybe here.

Highly doubt we will be seeing a lawsuit over this. Mfers don't usually wanna spend money when there is plenty of money to go around.

Some titles are tied to the fight depending what mando is up next because the event will go on with or without Ruiz. ultimately its up to the sanctioned bodies to still have their belts on the line depending on their rules ,but the IBF themselves can strip Ruiz ,they aren't not going to have their belt on the line .

Ive already explained how the contract would work, your just not going to understand ,or are just playing dumb ?
