NO! Clearly not when Eddie was ready to pay big money for him to fight AJ. This is where some fans end up looking like HYPOCRITES again

So NO Wilder vs Ortiz II is not a bad fight AT ALL...however as a BOXING FAN (Keyword: BOXING not just a fan of A BOXER like most) it most certainly shouldn't be happening before the AJ fight. Not a bad fight but it could've waited!

Anything other than Joshua, Wilder or fury fighting each other is a dud. The only fights that are mildly interesting as alternatives are Whyte, Ortiz, Usyk and maybe Povetkin

He's no dud opponent. I get people aren't super excited to see a Wilder vs Ortiz rematch & even I thought there was gonna be more of an opening to make Wilder vs Joshua next which is what we all wanna see at this point so the quickness with which Ortiz got brought up to bat is disappointing too. But he's a legit guy & he's got upset potential with Wilder & arguably is a threat to anyone in the division. Even Fury has stated previously he thought Ortiz was the best pure boxer in the division & a challenge for anyone.

Jennings beat Perez & took Wlad to a 116-112 type fight.

Simple question, WHO has Pedvetkin beaten that made you think he's better than Ortiz? What is his most impressive fight?

I in particular don't care too much for the fight but ill watch it. we wont see any of the fights we want until maybe 2021 to be honest
yeah, this. them 3 is all that really matters worldwide. i would say ortiz is 4th. so i'm happy with it. i think joshua will fight fury in his next bout after saturday's win. that'll set up wilder-joshua 1.

No you're right, Jennings is a beast, so is Ortiz and Povetkin hasn't proved himself.

Nobody can answer the question, what has Luis Ortiz done or acheived that makes you rate him so highly?

Dillian Whyte's recent resume ****es all over Ortiz' whole career. Joseph Parker is a former World champion with better wins than Ortiz. Alexander Povetkin is a former World champion and an Olympic gold medallist. Kubrat Pulev is a former two-time European champion with a much better resume than Ortiz.
Nope, Wlad crushed Pulev the fight before Jennings, and years later almost KO'd AJ. He also holds a win over Perez.

That's the problem with your argument, you people refuse to regard Jennings highly because it'd mean Ortiz has the best single win out of every fighter out there. And it's not just the win, it's the fashion he did it in.

Shyte had a razor thin fight with Chisora who isn't top 10, his other best wins are who?

JP arguably lost to Takam, Ruiz & Fury, 3 guys not even in the top 10. Like who has Ruiz beaten? A shot Ray Austin? Or was it when he went the distance with Liakhovich?

Pedvetkin built his career on steroids & without them he was getting dropped by Price lol your argument holds no weight.

Joshua-Ortiz or Fury-Oritz would have been mildly interesting, seeing as they would be something new. Not interested in Wilder-Ortiz 2. All it is is a save-face kind of fight, to try and appease fans for not fighting Joshua in 2019. I think Wilder signed that new extension with Showtime which eliminates any chance of Joshua fight in the near future. I don't expect Top Rank to put Fury in with Wilder again either, because Top Rank is garbage. Boxing doing what it does best - NOT deliver what we want.

Pedvetkin proved himself to be a drug cheat but that's about it. He was trash before his PEDs, got significantly better after, but back to trash after he got busted.

I'd pick multiple HWs to KO the version that was getting dropper by Price, hell even Tony Thompson would've had a chance.
