Did you say that to Canelo when he witnessed a sharp 68 percent decline in ticket sales at the live gate with just $8.7mil in revenue with Jacobs as compared to the $23mil in ticket sales he generated at the live gate the last time he fought at the T-Mobile with Golovkin?
Remember you said that "if you are a star the public will want to see you against anyone. You aren't a star if you need other stars to get good number's".

canelo did a live gate of 8.7 against jacobs. wilders biggest fight of his career only did 3.5 so doesnt that answer your question? jacobs is not a big name and yet he still did 2.5 times better than wilder when wilder fought another big name. i thnk you are confusing yourself instead of just looking at the numbersComment

I told you the attendance numbers were fraudulent. And that PBC would never release these Wilder live gate figures . But MMA Payout was able to find out the live gate figures from the last PBC fight with Hurd which PBC also refused to release. More then half the attendance they announced were given free tickets.
MMA Payout has obtained from the Commonwealth of ******ia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation the attendance, gate and payouts from the PBC on Fox event at the Eaglebank Arena in Fairfax.
The main card which aired on Fox and took place at the Eaglebank Arena in Fairfax drew a gate of $283,941.25 with 6,713 in attendance. Of the attendance, 2,850 paid while there were 3,863 comps. Of the tickets sold, 675 were purchased via discount.
Ticketmaster before they stopped selling tickets online for Wilder/Breazalle showed they were anticipating a low turnout and scaled down a venue that hold almost 20K down to 12-13K. Even with them scaling down closing off sections they still had 3-5K tickets left unsold before they stopped selling online because the doors opened. So did they sell 5K tickets at the box office after the card started? hell no. 13K attendance isn't even nothing to brag about but it's funny how insecure the PBC is and how they inflate their attendance by extreme measures. They likely sold only half the tickets from the 13K attendance.Comment
