                    Why doesn’t it count? Because you don’t want it to?

                    Floyd retired, so the next best 2 fought. There’s literally no validity in an argument saying Pacquiao never beat the best (other than himself) at 147, because he did.

                      Manny absolutely beat Tim when Tim was #2 and Manny was #1. Manny established a new lineage with that win.

                      The point to be made is even though they were both ranked this way, Floyd was seen as the best WW on the planet despite his retirement.
