I shut down your argument and you started trying to insult me. You're acting like the child not me. Take your L.

The market sets the market. Not Hearn, not Miller, not some bloke on a boxing forum.

The demands are only as good as the offers. And the offers are only as good as the acceptances.

For a voluntary defence, the market is the lowest amount that someone on Hearn's shortlist will accept. That could be, for example, Hunter at maybe $2-3 million? We'd all agree that's a huge fee for Hunter if he could get that.

So why pay huge money for Ortiz?

hearn set the market....miller was a top 10 ranked guy....miller does not have a FOTY type fight in NYC against a top 3 HW....ortiz does....neither miller or ortiz have a belt.....so whatever miller is worth ortiz is worth at least that....no less

hearn set the market you dummy....hes the one in control and he makes the offers/deals with AJs opponents

its no secret he set a terrible market with wilder though.....in order to dodge the fight....and his terrible set market was proven when DAZN told him to stay home and then offered wilder more than twice hearns BEST offer...lol

Ortiz - I’ll fight you for just about any money you offer me.

              Gets offer

              Ortiz - It's a lowball.

There's no excuses. He got what he wanted and ran from the fight.

Povetkin was a legit top 5 HW! Younger than Ortiz and a former regular title holder. Gold medalist. Good CV and went the distance with Wlad.

                What are you talking about?

Ortiz set the market. When you pick up a can of tomato's labelled at 99p you don't expect to pay £10 at checkout.

Damn you are ******. Ortiz is either juicing or scared, take your pick. DAZN has been overpaying guys left and right but all of a sudden they are UNDERPAYING Ortiz????? That's just ****** thinking. And whatever they were going to pay him had to be a lot more than the 500k that he got for the Wilder fight. The OP has yet to post anything on this website that makes sense when it comes to AJ or his idol(boyfriend?) Wilder. So why would he start now. Ortiz and his team were silent because they 1. Needed time to try and get the juice out of his system and 2. They needed time to make up an excuse to duck the fight. Nothing else makes sense at this point. Same with Kownacki if he is that close to Miller. I don't want to hear Ortiz OR Wilder's fans make up any more crap about Hearn or AJ if they don't have the balls (or the clean, non steroid balls) to fight him. The myth of Ortiz being the boogeyman is over too so stop saying that. At this point, the only boogeyman is AJ if guys want retirement money to fight him but they will fight anyone else for chump change.

hearn ballwashers out in full force in damage control

they are now worse than golovkins fans and their "golovkin never did anything wrong and everything is everyone elses fault" attitude

it was PROVEN that hearns offers to wilder were lowballs...DAZN told eddie "stay home we got this" an offered wilder twice hearns BEST offer

ortiz is now accusing him of lowballing....and several other fighters have accused hearn of the SAME thing

yet the ballwashers are here to tell you its everyone else that is lying and eddie has done nothing wrong! talk about a bunch of duds...lol
