Except its not out of thin air.
Wilder and Tyson Fury seemed to end up splitting their fight near 60/40 Wilder and ended up clearing something like $25m on the fight.Comment

2 different dates. The samples tested were only the A samples. The B sample from the first failed test was due to be tested, but hasn't yet, and probably won't be.
The first announced fail was from a urine sample taken on March 20 (GW1516 found). The 2nd announced fail was from a blood sample taken on March 31 (HGH found). The 3rd announced fail was from a urine sample taken on March 31 (GW1516 and EPO found).
B Samples are only tested if a fighter requests it, and the testing is done in the presence of a representative of the fighter. At this point, it was probably worth it to request the B Sample to be tested for PR value prior to the additional fails. With Miller finally admitting the truth though, it's pointless.Comment

Thanks for the info! That makes way more sense. Sounds like they caught him in between cycles of different PEDs then, at first it sounded like retesting was picking up different substances which would’ve been super unreliable.2 different dates. It appears you are new to boxing or you are pretending to be ignorant.. Tell me one champ that fought without a rematch clause.
Ortiz is a fccking sherry picked southpaw, he has no business with rematch clause. Hez been offered more than X10 of his highest pay to get battered from king Kong to pet monkey.
Dude read slower. Nobody is talking about AJ fighting without a rematch clause. We were talking about Ortiz not taking the fight due to options in the contract or perhaps stipulations in the rematch clause kind of like with the Wilder negotiations where he would make the same in a rematch. Nobody would take that kind of deal if they beat the champion and have to do a rematch and are not compensated with more than what they earned in the first fight. If you're a manager or promoter you wouldn't even entertain that for your guy, not if you are a good one anyway.

Both are trash when it comes to mandatory fights, especially if the champion is a draw, they'll let him keep putting it off to get those hefty sanctioning fees. While their rankings are usually trash, the IBF is the best when it comes to enforcing mandatory fightsComment

Tyson Fury actually ended up with something like $10m, but whatever.
Deontay Wilder is now a PPV fighter, his PPV audience is growing, and he was able to clear something like $25m on his first PPV event.
Even if the split is 80/20 Wilder, matching the revenue from the debut PPV gets Ortiz the $5m off top.Comment

This shows you are not keeping up or you are not well informed.
Ortiz said he will fight wilder with one week notice, so why is 6 weeks not enough for AJ?Comment
