Ortiz said he will fight wilder with one week notice, so why is 6 weeks not enough for AJ?
Lol, I guess I'm not well informed, but I also call bull**** on that statement lol!

Like Julian Jackson will say, they are all chickens running from the hawk.
That's exactly what's happening at HW right now.
Even their saviour wilder is on the run.
Nah, I'm pretty sure there's a good argument for both.

Not a fan of modern risk-averse culture, man, can someone please just step the fuck up and get these fights made

"30%, 60%, rematch clause, fanbase, PPV" nobody cares

            Nice try though
theres no way in hell ortiz makes 5mill in any fight vs wilder. whatever "lowball" offer comes from Hearn will be ten times more than wilder offers. if he doesnt take the fight hes a hoe.

I'm sure. Let's see if Eddie Hearns ups that money and takes away all the "excuses" from King Kong.

All this would be great, if he hadn't said at the start of the month he's ready if Miller doesn't get made. or whatever.

It has basically gone from, I'm ready for whatever price to. . . I'm not accepting lowball offers and training camp is too short.

Wilder a ppv star, are you kidding me?
25mil? Hope you are not high on something? Where did you get all these figures from?
I can't stop laughing to be honest.
Wilder is fighting next on a regular TV after fury gave him his first ever ppv after 40 fights.

Nigqas you need to cool off man, am sure you are hot inside.
-350k on the US PPV, at $75 per PPV; use the rule of thumb share and that's $13m-$14m into the pot.

-The live gate on the event was over $3.5m; add in event sponsors, etc and it's easily over $5m as the take.

-No real guess at what the fight did on BT Sport Box Office, but for argument's sake let's say it's $5m.

-Other revenues; Fathom Events, rest of the international TV, other sponsors, etc.

And that's likely an incomplete synopsis of the streams. Not that hard

The event cleared well north of $25m
