I don't see the split as the biggest issue. I think Hearn would do 60/40 tomorrow and I think Wilder could probably be talked into accepting 60/40 if the split was reversed in the rematch if he wins the first fight.

The biggest issue is that the fight would make the most money on PPV and Hearn is under incredible pressure to please a new streaming service that is trying to eliminate PPV.

That is the biggest hold up.

Hearn went over his 35% mark after the Fury fight when Wilder gained more profile base with a actual PPV event and upped it to 40% and wilder still RAN away.
