I have a feeling DDD will beat him as well. I think Ajagba is reliant on actual physical size , he's a good sharp puncher but he is basic and and way open to counters coming in. looking at all huis fights hes easily hit a LOT. Way stationary in that amateurish style and he relies on long reach ,you can get in on him and sirenko would rip him up inside , he has triple left hooks from hell even going backwards.

Look for this guy much more.
Hey J nice post. One thing that Ajagba has to stop doing is to stay in range and cover up...It is a bad habit. Yes these guys come up in that damn ammy style. Ajagba has to learn to shift weight better off his line, and to incorporate angles better. With that said I have no problem with him using his reach if he develops and evolves.

I think he will learn these skills. On the other hand he has really fluid and heavy hands. he also has great technique. I also see really good accuracy with him.

As I have said we need to see how he will develop mentally now. If there are things that will be exposed, how his chin is, etc.

Right now, Joyce takes it to much experience.... efe is still a bit raw.....in a year or so if efe keeps progressing it will swing into his favour

In his future, possibly, yes. But right now Joyce is fighting and winning at a higher level.

And that higher level is 41-year-old, overweight Stiverne? Joyce will soon be fighting and maybe winning at a higher level, but he has yet to truly step up. He should be fighting a legit top 15 heavyweight next, not senior citizens. Ortiz looked old in his las outing, why not put him out his misery?

You're talking about Deontay Wilder's second best win there.

On paper maybe. Wilder beat a better version of Stiverne: younger, in shape, active and on a winning streak. Of course you knew this already.

I think Ajagba and Hrgovic would have disposed of Stiverne easily. Let's just wait until Joyce fights a legit threat before claiming he's more advanced that these guys.

Efe Ajagba is the better puncher and the overall better fighter than Joy Joyce at this point. He is the more developed of the two prospects as well.
