This seems like a logical fight to set up

Theres nothing logical about it at all which doesn't surprise me you posted the scenario . lol

Joyce is lined up for a WBA title with charr shot that leads him to Joshua super title next year.

Why the F would Ajagba who's not ranked in top ten be on Joyce's radar at this point ? You wont hear Ajagba and AJ anytime soon before 2020 .

Ajagba rivals are DDD, Gorman, Hrgovic, Sirenko ,Dychko, Plechko , Yoka, etc....

joyce is not a prospect ,why do you guys think proespects are ranked top HW's who are close to title shots ?smh

Joyce wins in a competitive fight maybe even going full 12 ,but Ajagba is not ready for the kind of pressure Joyce would bring to him he's at least 5 fights away , Ajagba has little head movement and is easy to figure out his patterns, not so much for Joyce at this time .

Joyce defeating Ajagba does zero for him. His goal is Joshua and getting ranked higher in other sanctioning bodies.

Efe Ajagba is different than any other up-and-comer I've seen.

With enough training, he has the potential to punch even harder than Wilder.

Vlad sirenko is a better prospect. much better boxing all around and as hard puncher if not harder puncher .

I have a feeling DDD will beat him as well. I think Ajagba is reliant on actual physical size , he's a good sharp puncher but he is basic and and way open to counters coming in. looking at all huis fights hes easily hit a LOT. Way stationary in that amateurish style and he relies on long reach ,you can get in on him and sirenko would rip him up inside , he has triple left hooks from hell even going backwards.

Look for this guy much more.

Both guys have clear defensive liabilities but I think Ajaba hits harder and his reach is crazy. tbh I don't see either as a future champ but Ajaba is more impressive.
