Tyson Fury had no intention of fighting Wilder next.

My issue is pretending Wilder's a done deal when it has next to no chance of happening next. As sad as it sounds fans like me put their lives on hold for this shit, it's not fair on the fans at all to do that.

Whilst I agree it was predominatly Frank Warren saying it on record to the media. Tyson did say it numerous times, that a Wilder announcement is imminent when really it was never even in play from the start of the year if I had to guess.
They had the right to do it but they definitely did Wilder dirty here. It's business so I understand why they did it, but still, as a fan, I can't say I fully support this. Logical but ice cold move.

Boxing had a ray of light with the Fury/Wilder trilogy, but now it goes back to being dead. It was almost about to become something great, so Arum swooped in and turned it into Pacquiao-Mayweather all over again.

      Fantastic.

As far as I'm concerned, Fury can fight all the easy fights he wants. He ducked Wilder, so I've lost interest.

The irony that the other day I saw a Wilder fan going in on a poster for critising Warren they literally said "all that he's done for boxing" like he was some saint because Fury and Wilder were still cuddle buddies.

He can do what he wants. He did things on wilders terms, went overseas and predictably got robbed. Wilder can come crawling back to joshua on his hands and knees if he wants a payday.

So he ducked the guy everyone thought he just exposed and got robbed against? Really?

Wilder got schooled in his backyard and gifted a draw.

Wilder should have been man enough to get the rematch done in the UK, but was scared.

Fury moves on, already beat him on his own turf.

Or if not, don't say it's practically a done deal and we are just waiting on an announcement.

We've been told there will be an announcement "next week" for 2 months.
They won't because Team Fury no longer want the fight and in order to save face, they are were stalling and delaying the negotiations as long as possible because they were secretly pricing themselves out of the rematch.

You can’t be mad at Fury for securing this deal. Sucks for us fans, but I understand. Sucks for Wilder too. Based on his comments though, he’s willing to do what it takes to get the fight done. But judging by Arum and Warren’s comments, they don’t want Wilder next.

Ducked a man he already beat despite being fat, rusty & had recently beaten a drug & alcohol addiction.

                    lol, Wildtards.

The problem is holding this from Wilder's team the last two weeks. The ESPN deal is fine, but obviously this was going to be a big roadblock that would need time to negotiate. Out of nowhere they announce the deal catching the other side completely off guard.

But LIS, business is business. Cut throat sport and you gotta do what you gotta do. Still holding slight hope it happens next but clearly Arum prefers to delay it.
