Collectively they all need boxing to become more popular than it currently is in the US. The Success of each of them can ultimately help ALL OF THEM if you can get more people interested into boxing. Boxing needs NEW FANS not just our small group of hardcore boxing fans who don't buy tickets to attend these events and don't buy PPV's but yet a lot of us have a lot of say and are the most critical of them all. Forget the current Hardcore Boxing Fans for now, focus on building a NEW WAVE of Fans that goes for all of them
This trying to split fans and having them choose sizes between the 3, I don't see how that helps the sport in anyway. Rooting for 1 and root against the other 2 but yet calling yourself a "BOXING FANS"? That is beyond Ridiculous to me!Comment

It's not a question of who is #1 in your heart. It's not a question of which platform has the fights you or I enjoy the most.I disagree and I don't think you can judge it that way. So more people watch a standard fightcard on FOX but more people will watch Canelo on DAZN than on a SHO/FOX PPV.
Who produces the best fights is #1. SHO has produced the best fights the last few years and has rightly been #1 but with the money DAZN has they won't be able to compete IF these PPV's are not successful.
It's a question of who the market leader is. PBC will be the market leader because so many more people will be watching their fights. HBO had the most boxing viewers for decades. Now that has switched to PBC. That's not a knock on DAZN. I hope everyone subscribes to DAZN and for $9.99 it's an amazing value for boxing nerds.
But PBC is going to have casual sports viewers on FOX that would never watch DAZN in a million years.Comment

I don't think their press release went into that much detail. It just said monthly series of events starting January of 2019. Could mean more than one show per month in certain months, or just one show every month. It will be a bit harder for them to do more than one show per month with the FOX deal.Comment

it won’t affect them at all. There are only 8 fox cards a year. Plus a lot of those fox cards start at 5pm pacific so some Saturdays they could cards on both networks like they’ve done in the past.I don't think their press release went into that much detail. Plus espinoza has already stated he doesn’t like to do cards in October and NovemberComment
