Pulev was already mandatory before remember, so he only really needed to ensure he didn't lose and he was going to get another shot. I wasn't very impressed though.

Pulev won with crisp short shots and snapped Hughies head back with jabs....What pro fighter is out of shape at this level ?

Pulev was already scheduled to fight Joshua, Takam took his place so he didn't need to earn a shot unlike others thinking it's owed to them.

So you'd rather see Wilder mandatories than fight Ortiz and Fury?

Pulev looked like an old washed out fighter. He is so shopworn that Fury should've easily taken care of business in there today but didn't. He laid an egg.

To be truthful, I am more disappointed in Hughie Fury's performance than I was Kubrat Pulev's. I don't know why but I am. I've always known that Hughie Fury to be an overachiever who has exceeded expectations.

However, I just expected more from him that's all. Perhaps it was largely due to the age disparity. He was fighting a man 13 years older than himself and couldn't do shit.

Not Ortiz, but I'd rather see him fight Breazeale or Whyte than Fury, much more competitive fights imo

Part of the problem is WBC manadatories too. I mean Stiverne and Brezeale should not be near it.

Reality is if wilder doesn’t take the Joshua fight (regardless of reasoning, blame, etc) he really needs to go for Whyte.

For me rematching Ortiz will prove nothing and gain him nothing. It’s different to Joshua whyte2 because both joshua and Whyte were young at the time and have both improved significantly

Pulev sucks and always sucks. he has a weak resume, and will get stopped by AJ easily.

                    Pointless fight.

I'd rather see Wilder fight mandatories than Washington, Szpilka, Arreola and the rest of the bums he's fought. Let's not forget about them because you Wilder fans have amnesia when it comes to his resume
