Yes rankings and resumes are different. Povetkin is better in both. he's lower ranked at this specific moment because he's just coming off a devastating KO loss and Ortiz is coming off a 50-50 but a KO loss.

yep that's pretty much what they are saying, they want him to fight breazele so they can complain he only fights bums, then when he fights Ortiz, he fought an old 57 year old guy on high blood pressure meds and now their excuse for fury is that hes a washed up crack head. so pretty much if he fights his mandatories or faces the best available outside of AJ he will be criticized.
