The IBF is terrible for rating guys who do not belong. It has been that way for years.

Ocampo looks like garbage and will get tossed out like garbage quickly. Just make sure you use the bathroom before the opening bell, as this fight will not go past 2 rounds.

This fight is not Spence's fault, just like Wade was not GGG's fault. Vanes, even with the inactivity, and being a terrible pick, still had more talent than both those mandatory fights LOL

Yeah I don’t get what is so confusing about that. Their odds to win the fight doesn’t concern the IBF.

Well that's simply not true. They're required by law to explain everything every month.

Jacobs will probably beat the 12 pro fight wonder and become the new IBF world middleweight champion. Very few will recognize Jacobs or the Russian as champion. Most will continue to recognize GGG as the true middleweight champion until a middleweight beats him or he retires.
There's no such thing as a true middleweight champion. The winner of Jacobs and the Russian will be the IBF middleweight champion. The winner of GGG and Canelo will be the WBC and WBA middleweight champion.

If GGG was the "true" middleweight champion, he could have fought the Russian instead of Vanes.

Keeping belts unified is very easy. You're just unlikely to remain champion for long. Fighters ditch belts to extend their reigns.

Tyson, Douglas, Holyfield, Bowe, the heavyweight title was a hot potato because undisputed champion = harder to avoid top fighters. Bowe ditched a belt to duck Lewis and try to extend his reign. Things have been this way for a very long time.
