I’m not saying you think it’s a good fight , everyone knows it isn’t but Spence /Ocampos isn’t getting nearly the criticism GGg/Wade or GGg/Vanes recieved yet their all the same batch of doo-doo

And yeah it’s a Mando which will probably end up like GGg/Wade or Brook / No hope Dan

And while GGg/Vanes was a sh.it fight And just a stay busy fight at least you can say Vanes fought the best in his division and was always competitive l. Credit to Ocampos for taking the fight and his handlers gaming the system so they can get a cheque l. But he deserves a World Title fight less then Vanes even with a layoff and jumping up in weight

He does not deserve it less than vanes lol. He actually fights in the division he’s fighting the title for. And has won a fight in the last 3 years.

Vanes last fight was 2 years ago against the best in his division in Lara

Ocampos competition level since Vanes lost to Lara has

a guy who’s ranked 430 who’s lost 4 of his last 5
Another fighter who’s lost 4 of his last 5
Oh sh.it another fighter who’s lost 4 of his last 5
The 253rd ranked guy who lost 2 of his last 3
A guy who’s lost 3 of his last 6
A guy ranked 205 th
And Paez Jr in the middle of his 3-7-1 run

And almost all the losses were against other scrubs or fringe contenders

That’s sh.it absolutely horrible , the highest ranked guys 148 and almost all are on losing streaks

But yeah the guy who fought and only lost to the best in his division and beat actual contenders and former champs deserves a title shot less then the guy who run has been glorified janitors

You usually post good stuff but kinda went off the rails here. They don't sanction based on odds. Ocampo is ACTIVE, in the same weight class, undefeated, and in no way a similar situation to Vanes.
I didn't even complain about Vanes, and I admit I don't find Ocampo to be a compelling opponent. But, I'm not seeing the comparison here or sanctioning issues.

It wasn't sanctioned by the wbc it was non title fight there is no such thing as the money belt
