One thing for sure is that this is the most expensive 20 lb steak Clenelo ever digested.

Why you think Canelo and GBP had a lawyer on sight to stop them from answering any questions that can be used against them.
They aint paying GGG shit!
He has to now go sale that new house he bought and downsize lmfao thats what happens when you plan your life off another man.
Not to mention the projected sales HBO PPV expected and the rematch viewers it was expecting the following weekend. Time Warner, Comcast, etc were all expecting a projected amount as well.

I don't think he's entitled to anything since he's proceeding with another fight on the same date, basically the same event with a different opponent.
If the event didn't go ahead after the cancellation, I'd say he could sue for his contracted pay.

Originally posted by Hewito View PostI disagree, I do agree they might have some clauses but since he is suspended any judge will side with GGG, they will use his age, his camp, his expenses and lost of income due to something that could have easily be avoided, like OJ for example, he was found innocent in criminal court but found guilty in civil case. Civil cases are easier to since the burden of proof will rest on GGG but when challenged it will shift to canelos. but in short, the HBO will have very bad numbers, I think it might no be PPV

With GGG still fighting on the date he was suppose to fight against Canelo what GBP might have to pay him is minimal. The event didn't get cancelled so it is not a total loss.
