I literally just gave you facts. And you changed it up. 1st you say Pavlik pulled out of the fight out of the blue. Then I approached it with facts and told you the reason why the fight didn't happen - which was due to surgery.

Wilder sued Povetkin for breach of contract just recently which sets precedent. https://www.badlefthook.com/2017/2/1...ander-povetkin

And also......Don King got sued for the same thing...Guillermo failed a drug test, fight couldn't happen because of that, then he was sued by Ryabinsky (which ironically was the one that got sued by Wilder for the VERY SAME THING)....so there was precedent then too.

When the April 18th verdict comes out, and NSAC officially indefinitely suspends Canelo, that fight will be considered canceled. (he pulled out not because of injuries, he pulled out do to facing suspension) And due to the precedent that has been set already, they do have LEGAL grounds to sue for breach of contract.

Oh, you were looking for proof/links? My bad.

But yeah, I agree. We have to see how this plays out. Although, in all indications, Canelo WILL indeed face a 1 year ban. With the minimum amount he will do is 6 months. I really don't think there's a way around it now that the official complaint has been filed.

I do think they will win IF they sue. Will that make it almost impossible to finally make that 2nd fight later down the line? Probably, yes. But, ehhh, it's been known to happen.
