No, he has had two good opponents, both fights which ended in controversy. Many feel he should have lost to Jacobs, and that he should have won vs Canelo. Regardless, on paper, he has 1 good win.

Very good fighter, and has the talent to have made it in the HOF with better matchmaking. But, he doesn't have the resume to be HOF material right now. And, the clock is ticking...

I say he is. Just so long as he remains undefeated. He'll get in.

His fans like me would say yes. His haters would say no. He is fighting Canelo soon and the results of that fight will have some bearing on how soon or if he goes to the Hall. Certainly there are boxers already in the Hall that have a much worse record and can't match his KO streak or his undefeated record or his number of successful title defenses.

I'd say absolutely not based on skill, popularity, and actual achievements in the ring (not who "avoided" him). Given the low standards of the Hall of Fame, though, he might get in.

GGG could have achieved a lot more with the right manager and promoter.

When he fought Proksa, who was a top ten middleweight at the time, he debuted on HBO, and it was 2012. He's been one of the sport's most popular fighters since then. That's common knowledge. I know they call this coy but where I come from coy isn't for grown men.

He has no top caliber wins, but lesser fighters have gotten in so........

GGG never dared to be really good. Not great, I'm just talking about really good.

As others would say Mr ezfomi ducked certain fighters.

He didn't want to throw hands with WARD.

                  Stayed at 160.

Arguably lost to a welterweight in Canelo.

                  B level Jacob's schooled him.

And I'm big fan of lil G.

Just calling it how it is.

Breadman said GGG is a HOF already and explained why. I respect Bread's boxing mind.

What would another manager and promoter have done for him? Cotto and Canelo each said they weren't MWs while they were MW champs. Quillin didn't want him, nor did anyone else.
