I gave Paulie the 1st, 5th, 6th, and 9th round. I had him winning the first half of the 2nd round as well until he knocked down. After that, he wasnt the same.

Cotto did everything better than Paulie, he boxed better, fought better and landed the better placed harder shots.

Cotto seemed to become frustrated as Paulie held and held and held in the middle rounds. Paulie was fast and landed flurries that penetrated Cotto's Gloves but he did not accomplish that without paying the concequences.

Cotto punched harder, he really didn't even push Malignaggi around the ring which surprised me. Malignaggi was the better boxer because he landed the better and more frequent combinations. Does that mean Malignaggi is the better fighter? No it doesn't. Thats whats wrong with this thread. Cotto is the better puncher Malignaggi is the better boxer, Cotto beats Malignaggi 10 / 10 at this time.
