              I will go out on a limb and say yes. James Toney was very overrated but quite talented. James Toney was suppose to be a top ten p4p fighter ever bit his lack of mental toughness destroyed him. I don't think he beats Andre Ward, Monzon, Havler, Hearns, Gerald, Hopskin, Jones(even if he wasn't weight drained), Duran, Barkley, or even guys like GGG, Canelo, Charlo. He was great but not as great as people make him see. He was the Cotto of his era.
