Is Adrien Broner the modern day James Toney?

Good skill set, but lacks discipline and never truly made it to the elite level due to their lack of discipline?/ Losses all their big fights but are due to beat atleast a few top guys after awhile?

    I think Broner's more like Judah 2.0.

Do you watch boxing? James Toney had elite skills and was a dog in the ring. Broner is, was and will always ****

I see similarities, but James Toney had more skills.

            He also had more weight.

            A LOT MORE WEIGHT.

He drank cokes in between sparring rounds.

Skill level not comparable. I think he was just overhyped by HBO.

I thought he was "fighter of the decade"

Tony had way more success throughout his career

                  Actually yes.

                  Both one dimensional.

                  Both lack ring IQ.

Both have talent but big holes in their game.

                  Both have poor feet.

And they have a similar style aswell.

Toney is obviously better than Broner but yes the similarities are there.

Man, you really, wholeheartedly believed that Broner would be the next fighter of the decade, didn't you?
