Pac's highest purse, Golovkin's highest purse, McGregor's highest purse...none of that is relevant when it's the biggest fight that can be made and both men need each other.

And for this fight to happen, both men need each other.

Joshua doesn't need Wilder. He can make just as much paying some fighter 10% as paying Wilder 30%. Stop talking like this is some mega fight, it isn't. The casuals don't know who the **** Wilder is.

This is bigger even that a Canelo/G rematch.

2 Undefeated Heavyweight KO artists.

Both of them charismatic as hell.

Any decent promoter with 4 to 6 months can make this a big fight.

And you have really good promoters on both sides of this.

Fighters don’t get better splits because of who is more dangerous..... if anything dangerous opponents don’t get handouts and get stiffed sometimes, they often have to take what they are given knowing the rewards will come AFTER winning the fight.

Yep Wlad frequently sold out 50,000 seat stadiums against guys no one thought could beat him. He was actually a cash cow himself.

Wlad also became the 3rd highest paid boxer in the game, behind only Floyd and Manny, without selling any US PPVs.
