You're joking, right? Hearn is just another guy. He got lucky with Joshua, and who knows how long Joshua will stick with Matchroom. Outside of Joshua, who does Hearn have that is well-promoted? Brook? He tried to break into the U.S. and got nowhere, and his career stalled in the UK. Crolla? As if. DeGale? Please. He can't sell tickets even in the UK. The Smith brothers? Ha.
Having on star doesn't make you a good promoter. It makes you lucky. Creating multiple stars, repeatedly over time, makes you a good promoter. Hearn hasn't done that yet.Comment

DiBella doesnt have a contract with Wilder. Some of DiBellas guys are with Haymon because DiBella had them first and then Haymon swooped them up. Pedraza and Felix Diaz are prime examples. Why would a manager need to cut back when their are options, but as you seem to think they aren't being used fully on purpose?
As a manager you should just be looking at all the best offers out there for your fighters. If Haymon is hoarding all his fighters for limited dates on Showtime and Fox for PBC shows he's doing everyone a disservice including himself cuz 10% of nothing isn't good pay for him either.
So I doubt that's what's going on, but maybe HBO doesn't wanna deal with fighters without promoters so the guys HBO might be interested in aren't going to be PBC guys til the guy they want get a real promoter. And as far as I know none of the PBC franchise level fighters got a promotion backing them legit besides Stevenson I think. I don't even think Wilder is legit signed to DiBella I just think DiBella gots dibs on some PBC guys more than he has a binding contract with options and all that.
You said as a manager what a good manager should do so I think you answered your own question. With all these guys of his reaching out to promoters when before they didn't need a promoter tells you he isn't delivering on his promises. What does it tell you?
I think Haymon is stalling because he is still holding out hope for a new tv deal.
And you keep calling him a manager. Stop. A manager negotiates with promoters to get his figher best fight, conditions and purse possible. Haymon is directly contacting networks, venues etc. He may have the manager or adviser title but you and I know he is much more than that. What type of manager just breaks off a site fee to someone like Lou Dibella or Tom Brown who are basically site coordinators for Haymon. You know what it isComment

You are high right? Hearn has multiple stars. Joshua? That is just one. Who had Carl Froch and 80k in Wembley. Who had Frampton before? Who built DeGale, Selby, Kell Brook, etc? Hearn's dad was there before Eddie. You're joking, right? Hearn is just another guy. He got lucky with Joshua, and who knows how long Joshua will stick with Matchroom. I think you must have just started watching boxing.
Why would Haymon have Selby and DeGale leave Hearn if that is an example? The night I served 2000 MC'sComment
