No announcement yet.
Would you consider Pacquiao one of the best offensive fighters of all time?

Frankly, I haven't seen anything anywhere that suggested Floyd "walked".
Where is he getting that from? what exactly does he mean by "walked"?

His power and speed were off the charts.
Go watch the Brian Brannon, Montell Griffin 2 and Pazienza fights if you want to see super aggressive Roy.
Hopkins and Toney are 2 of the greatest counterpunchers ever but couldn't find Roy because he was never aggressively coming in. He potshoted and counter
Roy wasn't the offensive tornado nonstop like manny

Agreed, they both represented each others biggest payday to date. That doesn't make them equal. Biil Gates and warren Buffet are both billionaires but they aint equal.
Whether you feel 24 days was fair or not, Floyd moved off from 0 days to 14, Manny refused that.
In the end, manny took the exact same tests, made the exact same 3rd of what Floyd made (although it was substantially more than what he would've in 09) and lost, just as he would've in 09.
Is what it is.
I love fair fights, and your boy was trying to implement some bush league jankyness that you will defend because, well, thats your man. I respect Pac for holding his ground regarding a 24-day cutoff in '09 and not allowing the Mayweathers to buttf**k him, but you wouldn't know nothing about that.
You also honestly don't know who would have won in '09, because on the real, your boy was too scared to find out.

Roy countered and fought on the outside with movement way more than he came forward looking to brawl

Uhh PED testing for both fighters is IYO "bush league jankyness". Interesting.
You respect Manny for not negotiating, but if Floyd had not, you'd see that as him being scared. Yet in manny's case its a sign of strength. Don't know if I've ever seen a more hypocritical thought on NSB.
Well, yeah I do. Dibella does. Bob does. The matchmakers did. Manny did. You however are not sure. OK, I can understand that.
I know this-if he had taken the $40 mil, no PPV offer he wouldn't have gotten KTFO by JMM. You agree?

I will never forget what Pac said to Tim Bradley in their faceoff.
"For those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted." It was chilling.
Pac lost his way and was humbled. He was watching basketball before one of his fights. He was really intoxicated with his celebrity.
I feel bad for him because he truly is one of the best we have ever seen. He can't be happen on ESPN.

Going from 0 day cutoff to 14 days was not a compromise. That was saving face from every scribe saying he was just going thru the motions acting like he wanted a fight but not committed making a fight happen.
The Pac's did the exact same thing as the Floyds the way you talking: they sat down, they offered and counteroffered, and neither side could come to an agreement. I respect the Pac's for not budging on the 24 days cutoff. If Floyd was too scared to get the ring with the little guy with a 24 days cutoff, which I thought was cool, thats his problem and I know none of you Floyd boys would check him on that.
